Remember, congressional districts of every member of the Health Subcommittee are directly impacted by the bidding program. Thirteen of the fourteen congressmen are in Round 2 and Sam Johnson from Texas resides in the Dallas CBA in Round One. With the "Recompete" on the horizon, every provider in Johnson's district should get involved to speak up for MPP.
